Hollenbeck offers lifecare and monthly payment options. All options include three meals daily. Residential rates start from $1,620.

Assisted Residential Living
Assisted living services are an added monthly charge to the residential rate.
Five levels of assisted living services are provided:

Level 1 - $325
Level 2 - $640
Level 3 - $960
Level 4 - $1,270
Level 5 - $1,590
|
Levels are determined by an assessment of resident at time of admission.

Skilled Nursing
Three levels of nursing care are provided in our 24 hour licensed skilled nursing facility. Private and Semi-private rooms are available. These charges are billed on a daily rate.
