Hollenbeck Palms has developed 4 Financial Entry Options so that you can choose the one most appropriate for your retirement plan.

Plan B Easy Entry (not available to Magnolia Court residents)

Plan B Easy Entry does not require residents to pay an accommodation (entry) fee. Residents pay a monthly fee only.

Plan B

Plan B requires residents pay an accommodation (entry) fee. Residents also pay a monthly fee which is significantly less than the Plan B Easy Entry plan above.

Plan A

Plan A requires that residents assign all or a portion of designated assets into the Hollenbeck Trust for their continuing care. Residents have access to these assets for their personal needs.

Plan B Refundable Option

The Plan B Refundable Option requires an accommodation (entry) fee which is 85% refundable after the apartment has been reassigned to a new resident. Residents also pay a monthly fee.
